I've just bought an mpk mini and while I was downloading the mpc essentials and hybrid I noticed there is no serial number for the mpc essentials. Akai's website do not generate it for me, ultimately I can't unlock it in order to use it.

This is being looked into right now and you should have an authorization code in your account at some point today. Just log in to your account later today and you should see it there.
