Being logged out in the middle of adding minutes, or having to log in every time even though STAY LOGGED IN is checked. BIGGEST issue: Net10 website and app will be down every other day for 'updates' that never appear. Nothing works during this time.
What is worse is the jerks don't even warn you! I spent a good 45 minutes trying to log in, being told incorrect password when the app was just down! Couldn't add from reserves or add to reserves. Updates are supposed to fix issues not consistently introduce more! Lastly, on the rare occasions this works, the data counter never works. It always shows the last cycles count. Refresh does nothing.

If I add from reserve, the cycle dates change, yet the DATA stays showing capped. My phone seems to believe it too, so it takes days to get fresh full speeds. Its beyond ridiculous. If you cannot maintain a simple app, how can you be trusted to handle our communication needs?!?! Having to rely on an unreliable app and company is horrible!
