Fun place All the jobs they have done for me have been wonderful. Ryan even opened a branch at the USMC base Camp Pendleton!!!

They support our troops and are wonderful people I have been there when Big Dane and Ryan give at risk youth groups free tours. Yes very busy indeed and many fans do stop in so I can see how a VIP could get lost that is why I always set an appointment first they even do a rendering prior to the build.

They have worked on numerous exotic cars for us and our clients are always pleased, they are very high end people and were treated accordingly. I went to West Coast Customs in 2007 I gave them $500 for a sand car wrap rendering money down! I was so happy because it was dealing with the famous West Coast Customs right? 'WRONG' they never got back to me so over the years I would call throughout the months and nothing no call backs promise they would pay me and they were too broke to. They actually told me at the time Paris Hilton hasn't paid them for work I don't even know why they would tell me that smh!who cares! So here we are in 2014 In the last year A person that has been helping me is vicki the only one that got me answers last year still haven't been paid yet but I think we're getting somewhere finally. If you worked really hard for your money like everyone does do not go there BEWARE buyers.

She told me to call her at 1 o'clock today we will see how that goes. I've visited West Coast Customs about 2 months ago with a damaged leather seat on my Lexus with the intention of having it replaced. I always thought of these guys as pros from every angle, so naturally I was expecting certain level of customer service and work. After all, these guys are very well known.right? Well, I walked into their business, and there was no one to speak with.

I actually had to wait some time for someone to walk out, so I could ask who I could speak with regarding the needed seat repair. One person finally came out and has called out Kenny, who looked at my seat and said that he will call me back with an estimate. One week has passed and no phone call, so I followed up with an e-mail.

That didn't help me a get a response, so I called and left a message. Still no response. I called and left another message - no response. I called in a week again and was able to speak with Kenny. He remembered me and said he will call me back because 'working on it.' Again, just another unfulfilled promise. To make the story short, it has been two months now and no response.

The only thing I can think of is the job is too small for them. Dixieland fake book vol. 1 - c edition 2017. However if it is, he could just tell me upfront and not waste my time. This type of customer service definitely deserves a one-star rating, and it has changed my perception about West Coast Customs to a negative one. I would not recommend them to my friends.

There's an old adage that says that you should never meet your heroes, I wish I had listened to it. We are big WCC show fans and have always wanted a valid reason to visit the shop, so when our friends came into town from Europe and wanted to vamp up a new Corvette, I jumped at the chance to take them to WCC. This guy was ready to spend real big $$$. So we jump into the car and did the 1 plus hour drive to Corona and yup there it was The West Coast Customs shop. We told the gal up front that we were here to discuss a car overhaul and she called David to the front. He started with a real cold greeting, there was no ushering us into an office to discuss design or ideas, no we just stood in the lobby of their gift shop with all their show memorabilia talking. The men I had taken up there are heavy hitters and not used to being treated like some random walk in.

Use

I asked David to take us outside and show us some of their work. We were ushered to a car (that I've seen on the show) that up close lacks that finesse you would expect.

I pulled David aside and said, hey this guy is looking for someone to work with in the US so that he can redo his entire stable of cars and it's extensive. Once David realized there was real money here and not some show fan wanna be he warmed up. Then he became conversational and took us around to show us the shop and various finished and in process cars. We saw and touched some really famous cars (promised I wouldn't take photos) and it's a big operation and super busy, but the quality in person is not what I expected.

I don't think my friends will be bringing their cars here, especially since WCC do not know engines (they are a body customization shop) and because my guys weren't' impressed with the finished product. It's a shame they didn't take us for serious customers right off the bat, it really made a difference to these guys. Here's another oldie but goodie, 'don't judge a book by it's cover' this may help WCC with the next random customer that walks in. But don't go here for work on your car - at least, not for a navigation system.

I went here thinking that they will do the job the right way, and we never got to the 'job' because of the game they played. The guy helping us pulls a navigation system off the shelf in their 'Best Buy' mini-store that has no price tag, and quotes $2,700 for it plus $300 for the labor. My hubby and I want to mull it over for awhile and we leave. On the way home, I google the navigation system and find that the highest price I can find on that DISCONTINUED model is $699. Confidence went out the window, along with any willingness to use them to do the work.
